AutoGene initially entices viewers with a sense of familiarity, appearing as a simple commodity sculpture. However, this impression is rapidly dispelled - with the push of a button. The circular arrangement of the sculpture, paired with the dramatic contrast as the umbrellas expand and contract to generate abstract and ephemeral patterns. These patterns now seemingly respond to the accompanying music, transforming the mundane umbrellas into magically animated objects.

This dynamic interaction compels observers to reconsider their perception of the sculpture. Inviting comparisons with dance and animation as the mechanical pixels complete their choreographed movement through time and space.
